Susan has worked both sides of the fence; as an executive in Corporate America and as small business owner, tackling the challenges that come with entrepreneurship. Susan spent 20+ years of her career as an accomplished executive in the Financial Services Industry, leading teams within small and large organizations. Susan had extensive leadership responsibility for Operations, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing and Business Development; this experience taught her all about workplace behavior, workplace motivations and how to develop productive employees.

Susan has recruited, developed and motivated teams of all sizes; she understands the importance of creating a work place that makes employee engagement a priority, allowing creativity to blossom and self development to evolve.

Anne Booty - Employee Happiness Consultant

Anne is a Chicago native who moved to Arizona almost a dozen years ago. Anne has worked in virtually every aspect of the insurance industry over the last 30 years, from underwriting to agency principal. After seeing the dramatic changes that automation made in her own insurance agency, it became her mission to help other companies reap the same benefits. So for nearly 20 years Anne worked with independent insurance agencies; helping them become happier places to work by streamlining workflows and making them more productive.
